Youth Leaders
The DeMolay Canada Parliament plays a crucial role as the youth advisory body, representing the interests of young men in DeMolay across Canada during the decision-making processes of the Board of Directors. The Parliament Master Councillor serves as the liaison, sharing the needs of the youth to the Board, and advocating for positive changes to support their success.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of DeMolay Canada and is composed of 10 positions as outlined in the By-laws. The Board of Directors meets regularly to provide executive leadership and guidance for the organization. The Grand Master, the Deputy Grand Master, the Grand Secretary, and the Grand Treasurer are elected from the membership of the Board of Directors to serve the organization.
